Using this website
This website is provided by Waterproofing Services Carteret for general information about our waterproofing services in Jersey City and nearby New Jersey. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice for your specific roof
Our service pages, owner guides and cost guide explain how water gets into buildings and what typically goes wrong. They are general information. Every building is different, and only an inspection can tell you what yours needs. Nothing on this site is legal, insurance or engineering advice.
Prices are typical ranges
Prices shown on this website are typical ranges for planning. They are not quotes or offers. The price for your job is agreed with you after we see the building, and it is confirmed in writing before work starts.
How calls are handled
Our phone line, (201) 578-5199, is answered 24 hours a day. When every one of our crews is already committed, we may pass a call to another reliable local waterproofing company so your problem still gets attention. If that happens, we tell you before the call is passed on, and any work done by that company is agreed between you and them.
Work agreements
Any waterproofing work we do is covered by the written scope or agreement you approve for that job. If anything in these website terms conflicts with your job agreement, the job agreement controls.
Brand names
Product and manufacturer names on this site, such as membrane, sealer and pump makers, belong to their owners. Mentioning a brand describes materials we install or repair; it does not mean the manufacturer endorses or partners with us.
Links and changes
We may update this website and these terms at any time. Links to outside websites, such as maps, are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms.
